Both Wes and myself thought the dinner was an amazing idea. It created a very easy opportunity to invite “non-church” people to come. (Of course the main object was to listen to the speaker, i.e., Diane Foley in this case with her subject about Forgiveness.) The dinner itself was far beyond our expectations. As we walked into the hall and saw the tables set out, and the crowd attending we were amazed. And I do have to comment John how everyone had taken time to “dress-up” – the gentlemen as well as ladies!!! For the cost of the ticket, the food was superb – plenty of choice, all beautifully presented. The bar also was a great hit!
